Celebrating Women Across Alabama

Women’s History Month has grown to be a global acknowledgment of women’s social, economic, cultural, and political achievements. To commemorate this significant month, the Lab on Dexter and it’s partners have teamed up for the third annual Women’s Access & Allies; Masterclass event on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, in downtown Montgomery, Alabama, for a full day of empowerment in celebration of the women of Alabama.

This exciting Masterclass promises inspiration, growth, and meaningful connections. Our event kicks off with a warm welcome and icebreaker to foster networking and camaraderie. The keynote session will empower and align participants’ aspirations for the day. Throughout the event, we’ll explore crucial topics such as: “Ready, Set, Go > Funding Your Next” offering insights into funding your dreams, whether it’s a business venture, creative project, or life milestone.

Participants will delve into optimizing their online presence in today’s digital age in our “Mastering Your Digital Brand” session. Our lunch panel, “Leveraging Your Skill Sets and Resources for Success,” showcases accomplished professionals who’ve harnessed unique skills for remarkable success. Workshops on “Turning Your Idea into Reality” and “Elevating Your Career Pathway” provide actionable strategies for ascending to your next level.

As the day ends, the magic continues with our  “Bubbles & Bourbon,” networking reception. Imagine connecting with vibrant, accomplished individuals in a relaxed yet professional atmosphere. This event is a powerful catalyst for personal and professional transformation.
