A seasoned Program Manager in the tech sector, Amanda Williams is devoted to fostering success and impactful connections among emerging founders and community organizations. With a diverse career spanning non-profit, healthcare, and startups, her experiences have granted unique insights into the inner workings of fast-growing companies, enriching her understanding of available and essential resources.
Noteworthy is Amanda’s effective oversight of multiple cohorts for a pre-accelerator program, boasting an alumni base exceeding 80 individuals. In this role, she actively worked with early-stage founders, providing crucial support and guidance to sustain momentum through the ever-changing entrepreneurial journey.
An alumna of Birmingham-Southern College, Amanda currently serves as the Program Manager for the Prosper HealthTech Accelerator, powered by gener8tor. In her role, Amanda identifies and recruits digital health companies addressing healthcare challenges, while also overseeing the program infrastructure to insure companies have a defined path for growth. Beyond her professional commitments, she finds solace and joy in family time, refining her culinary skills, and nurturing her garden.
